Delivery Policy for Products

After making the payment, you will be redirected to the download page. The download link will also be sent to your email(Paypal email) address automatically, usually within 10 minutes.

(Please note that downloading the files using an iPhone or iPad is not recommended.)

In case of technical issues, the delivery of the link may be delayed, but it won’t take too long. If you face any trouble receiving the download link, please feel free to contact us via chat or email.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the digital files and the fact that digital files, once sent, cannot be returned, we do not refund. We will issue refund in case that the files are not complete (but not in the case if it is already notified), corrupted or we could not deliver your files. Please review the samples before placing your order.
